At Katallage Wellness Center, we provide comprehensive integrative medical care for individuals facing complex conditions such as cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and cardiometabolic disease. Our approach extends beyond targeted therapies; we believe that reconciliation with oneself—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—is foundational to durable and meaningful healing. Neural therapy is thoughtfully integrated into the supportive care of our patients as part of this restorative framework. Through a collaborative model that includes our MD, PA, Registered Dietitian, and acupuncturist, we deliver coordinated, whole-person care designed to address the root causes of illness while strengthening resilience and vitality.
Dr. Balaguera is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. His advanced training includes a fellowship in Immunogenetics and certifications in Functional Medicine through the Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM). He currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at Tufts University School of Medicine and UMass Chan Medical School.
