Neural Therapy Foundations:
Exceptional Patient Outcomes that Grow Your Practice

A foundational medical training diving into the science and clinical applications of neural therapy across a range of medical fields, with 10 top experts in neural therapy today.

*Approved for 6 hours of AMA/AOA CME through the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Neural therapy is a powerful clinical approach used by 1000s of doctors worldwide, in a range of fields, with decades of clinical results and published literature.

Join us to learn how neural therapy is used to reduce or eliminate pain, balance the autonomic nervous system, and help resolve chronic conditions that do not fully respond to otherwise appropriate care.

Neural therapy fits into existing clinical workflows and helps clinicians address contributors often overlooked by modern medicine. And treatments can have rapid and enduring effects, especially on pain.

About Neural Therapy

Neural therapy is a therapeutic approach that uses small injections of local anesthetics, most commonly procaine, with the goal of balancing the autonomic nervous system and addressing disturbances that contribute to pain, inflammation, and delayed healing.

Developed in Europe in the early twentieth century, neural therapy is based on the idea that certain areas of prior injury or irritation – including scars, trauma sites, and other tissue disturbances – may continue to trigger dysregulated responses in the nervous system. In neural therapy, these areas are often described as interference fields or lesions.

By identifying and treating these interference fields, practitioners can address overlooked patterns that may be inhibiting recovery or perpetuating chronic symptoms.

These interference fields can be at the root of a range of painful disorders, non-pain disorders, and have downstream effects on immune system, endocrine balance, mental health, and more.

Far from being a new technique, neural therapy has a documented clinical history spanning decades and an international professional presence today. Its modern evidence base includes 129 published studies identified in a 2023 systematic scoping review.

In this medical education training, you’ll get a clear introduction to the principles of neural therapy, the physiology and research behind it, and how clinicians across disciplines are integrating it into practice.

What You’ll Gain From This Educational Foundation in Neural Therapy

Participants will leave with a foundational understanding of neural therapy and how it can be integrated into clinical practice.

N

Understand interference fields and the foundational mechanisms of neural therapy, including the current scientific evidence supporting it.

N

Learn the history and physiologic principles, including the anatomy and regulation of the autonomic nervous system

N

Discover how scars and past injury, even decades old, can contribute to systemic symptoms, and their relation to what neural therapy calls “interference fields” or lesions.

N

Gain insight into myofascial relationships and structural patterns at the heart of treating somatic dysfunctions with neural therapy.

N

Understand how neural therapy can fit seamlessly into your existing patient workflow for exceptional outcomes that grow your practice.
